In our sessions, we go through your health history and take a look at your diet, working together to discover what habits are not serving you well and to find new ones that will help you reach your goals. I will help you to follow a healthy way of eating that fits your food philosophy, likes and dislikes, health needs, budget and time restrictions. Your treatment plan will also include lifestyle strategies that will help you to feel more energy and ease in your body, and may also include supplements if they are beneficial for you at this time. The Nutrition Starter Package includes one 90-minute introductory session and one 60-minute follow-up, and includes an individually designed nutrition and lifestyle plan for you to follow over the coming months. This will get you off to a great start in making changes to your health. To help you meet your long-term goals, you may also choose the continued support of a 3-month Stay on Track package.

These are powerful healing methods and it is important to remember that natural remedies, in contrast to a quick-fix pill, may take a little longer to achieve the results you desire. However, the beneficial effects are longer-lasting, usually permanent, and the treatment is highly unlikely to cause any harmful side effects. To help you stay on track as healing occurs, it can be a good idea to have regular check-ins. We can monitor your improvements, and make any changes as needed. As your health improves, you may choose to broaden your goals to feel even healthier, happier, and more energetic. The Stay on Track package includes three 60-minute sessions.

Going to yoga class is fantastic, and you always feel better afterwards. Now you want to dive deeper and discover how yoga can help you in your everyday life. All the great yoga teachers recommend a regular personal practice, as this is the best way to bring about lasting change. It can be hard to begin, so having a teacher to guide you individually can really help. We will create a personal practice for you, which could include a few different strategies from the yoga toolbox, such as physical exercises, breathing, yoga philosophy, mudra, chanting, meditation or mindfulness techniques. Your practice will most likely be about 15 minutes long, at least at the beginning, so that you can fit it into your life on most days. You’ll learn how to tune into your inner wisdom and be guided by that, to create harmony in the body, mind and emotions, manage the challenges in your life with ease and grace, and connect with your wellspring of inner peace. The Yoga Therapy Starter Package includes two 1-1 sessions, and an individually designed home practice for you. This will get you off to a great start in developing your own personal practice. To help you modify and extend your practice over time, you may choose to follow up with a 3-month Vinyasa Krama (step-by-step progression towards a goal) package.

Having a teacher by your side, to help you slowly and gradually increase your practice as you become more proficient, will help you to meet your goals.
