Hi I’m Lisa Fabry,
I am a plant-based nutritionist, yoga therapist and author of Divine Vegan Desserts. I help people become healthier and happier with simple, nourishing practices of eating, moving and thinking well.
Throughout my life I have been able to manage my physical and mental wellness with a healthy diet and a regular yoga practice, and I am continually amazed by how much we can improve our physical and mental health with the way we move, the fuel we put in our body and the power of our thoughts.
I am a qualified nutritionist and have been following a plant-based diet for over 30 years. I’ve worked in hospitality, raised a vegetarian family, taught cookery classes and written a vegan cookery book. So if you are a vegan or vegetarian and you want to ensure you are eating the best diet you can, I can definitely help you. I can also help you if you don’t eat a plant-based diet, and I won’t lean on you to change your dietary preferences, unless you want to! My aim is to help you find a delicious, nutritious way of eating that helps you to be as healthy, energetic and vibrant as possible.

I am an experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist, having trained with some of the world’s best teachers and lived a yogic lifestyle for many years. Yoga therapy can help with injuries, musculo-skeletal problems, anxiety, stress, trauma and many other health conditions.
I work with you one-to-one. We collaborate to come up with a regular practice that you can easily fit into your life, that you love, and that helps you to leave behind habits that aren’t serving you well.
