The Change
6 monthly workshops, starting Monday 7 October


In Western culture, many women find menopause a lonely and difficult time. As well as physical and emotional changes, there are often significant life events happening such as children leaving home or relationships changing. In some cultures, however, this time in a woman’s life is honoured as a transition into wisdom and elderhood. It is time for us to reclaim this tradition.

In these workshops I will share with you some of the experiences I had during this process, my knowledge of nutrition, yoga and other energy practices, supported by evidence from science, traditional wisdom, sacred texts and enlightened teachers. You are welcome to join me in this safe space where you can relax, be inspired, learn techniques that will help you, ask questions, share your wisdom and experience, and bond with your sisters.

The Change is a series of six monthly gatherings celebrating and supporting women before, during and after menopause. Each workshop focuses on a different theme and includes a gentle movement practice, guided breathwork, small and large group sharing and delicious vegan snacks!

Yoga for Healthy Bones
1-day workshop

The recipe for healthy bones includes:

* good nutrition
* weight-bearing exercise
* well-toned muscle and fascia
* balance and proprioception
* stress relief.

This unique, multi-modal approach to bone health combines yoga, nutrition, intuitive bio-mechanics, and breath and energy practices to help you maintain your bone health through your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.

Includes:

* mindful movement to increase deep internal awareness
* breathing and meditation to calm the nervous system
* research-based yoga for improving osteoporosis outcomes
* nutritional recommendations for better bone health
*delicious vegan and gluten free lunch.

If you are a woman in your 30s, 40s or 50s and you want to maintain or regain your optimum bone health, this workshop is for you. Book soon, as there are only 8 places on the course and it will fill up quickly.
