In Western culture, many women find menopause a lonely and difficult time. As well as physical and emotional changes, there are often significant life events happening such as children leaving home or relationships changing. In some cultures, however, this time in a woman’s life is honoured as a transition into wisdom and elderhood. It is time for us to reclaim this tradition.
The Change is a series of monthly gatherings celebrating and supporting women before, during and after menopause. Each workshop focuses on a different theme and includes a gentle movement practice, guided breathwork, discussion and delicious vegan snacks!

Yoga for Healthy Bones
The recipe for healthy bones includes:
