I follow a plant-based diet because I know it works best for me, for my body, mind and spirit. I will help you find a healthy way of eating that fits your moral perspective, likes and dislikes, health needs, budget and time restrictions. Your treatment may also include supplements if they are beneficial for you at this time.
What is a plant-based diet?
- Plant-based is a diet based mainly on foods from plant sources: fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and grains.
- Plant-based diets generally focus on whole foods and avoid processed foods such as white flour, bread or rice, biscuits, cakes and pastries, sodas, chips, sweets, added sugars or fast foods.
- Plant-based does not necessarily mean you have to be a strict vegetarian or vegan, as long as your diet is rich in whole foods, and you eat mostly plant foods.
- In Healthy at 100, John Robbins reports that, in communities following a 99% plant-based diet, people lived longer, had few diseases and chronic illnesses, and were active, contributing, happy members of their community, often well into their 100s.

Yoga therapy facilitates awareness and brings about positive change helping you to heal yourself through the guided use of different yoga practices. This might include physical exercise, breathing, yoga philosophy, mudra, chanting, meditation or mindfulness techniques.
Your programme will be individually tailored for you and your current level of ability and interest. Whether you are recovering from an injury, dealing with a health condition, suffering stress or trauma, or simply want to become more aware of the inter-relationship of your body and mind, yoga therapy can maximise body awareness, realign the body, rehabilitate injuries, increase energy and create a more positive mindset.

- Nutrition Initial Consultation (90 mins) $180
In your first session, we go through your health history and take a look at your current diet. We work together to discover what habits are not serving you well and to find new ones that will help you reach your goals. If you need to have any tests to help us to clarify your current state of health, we can arrange this. The fee includes time spent after the session for me to consider your case, do any additional research and prepare your treatment plan.
- Nutrition Follow-up (60 min) $120
In the first follow-up appointment, we will review any test results and go over your treatment plan. Subsequent follow-ups as needed to monitor your progress, review results, address new symptoms that may arise and set new goals as your physical, mental and emotional health improves.
- Yoga Therapy Initial Consultation (75 mins) $150
In your first session, we go through your health history and conduct a physical assessment. We work together to discover what habits are not serving you well and to find new ones that will help you reach your goals. Our aim is to create a personal yoga practice, which you can do regularly and consistently, over a period of time, as this has been found to be the most effective way of bringing about change in your life. Your practice may include physical postures, breathwork, meditation and/or other techniques of yoga. The practice is individually created for you, based on your needs and abilities at the time. The fee includes time after the session for me to draw up your yoga practice.
- Yoga Therapy Follow-up (60 mins) $120
In the first follow-up appointment, we discuss any questions you have, and go over your yoga practice. Subsequent follow-ups as needed to monitor your progress, provide further guidance, modify your practice, address new symptoms that may arise, and/or set new goals as your physical, mental and emotional health improves.

When was the last time you cleared out your pantry? Have you ever read the labels on the packets of food in there? Do you know which ingredients you should be in love with, and which you should be scared of? I am a professional label-decipherer! I’ll come to your home and help you eliminate the nasties and focus on the healthies. I can help you with all your food ingredients, and also toiletries and cleaning products.
