FREE webinar
exploring menopause from a
new perspective

The word menopause is a term created by the Western medical establishment to refer to the cessation of menstrual periods.

It’s now used to mean the whole host of symptoms that women experience at this time. These symptoms vary greatly from culture to culture so, rather than a single human biological experience, are more likely to be a product of our beliefs, expectations and socialisation.

The concept of menopause also has negative connotations in Western society, often making women feel like:

they are no longer sexual beings…

that they are moving towards the end of their life…

that their useful role is now no more…

and that they are going to be crusty, dried up old women…!

I know when it first started happening to me,
that I felt like this.

In some cultures, however, this time in a woman’s life is honoured as a transition into wisdom and elderhood.
I think it is high time for us to reclaim this tradition!

The Change is what they used to call the menopause when I was a child.

I’ve reclaimed this term because I really feel like it’s much more of an accurate reflection of this period of women’s lives.

Menopause isn’t a medical condition, it’s not an illness, it’s not an end of anything…

In this free webinar, we’ll look at some of the key issues facing women at this time and investigate some of the holistic strategies we can use to support us, including:

nutrition

movement

breathwork

mindset

energy balancing techniques

The Change will help you reframe your experience of this time in your life from a medicalised condition into a wonderful opportunity for growth and expansion.

You will begin to sense that, rather than an ending, this ‘change of life’ is a…

About Lisa

I started experiencing perimenopausal changes in my mid-40s, and it was a turbulent few years as I learned how to manage the physical and emotional fluctuations.

Gradually, I realised that this time was an opportunity to leave behind limiting beliefs, expand my awareness and consciously choose how I would spend the rest of my life.

Using the strategies of nutrition, movement, mindset and energy-balancing techniques, I learned to listen to my body and heart in a whole new way, and respond to my own needs with accuracy and kindness.

I’m now in my mid-50s and I can’t tell you how different I feel. The result of treating myself with compassion and care has been to revolutionise the way I present in the world and how much I can give to others.

I hope in this webinar to give you a glimpse into how you can make this shift for yourself and help you navigate menopause, and every other part of your life, with ease and grace.
