I adore my daily yoga and I know how great it makes me feel, changing my day, in many subtle ways, for the better. On days that I am too busy (or too lazy!) to do my regular practice, things just don’t go as well and I usually end up regretting that I didn’t do it…
I do try to let other people know how magical yoga can be, and how it can help you to feel calmer, happier, more full of energy and enthusiasm for life. But until you actually try it for yourself, you won’t believe me…
So I want to give you this gift – 5 days of gentle, nourishing yoga – short practices you can fit into your day and will leave you feeling restored and revitalised.
I know it can be hard to get yourself to do something regularly, every day. There is always so much to fit into your day.
I really do think you’ll love this, and maybe once you try yoga every day for 5 days, you will feel so great that you’ll want to continue!
This is super-easy to do. Just register above and you’ll get a video delivered to your inbox every day for 5 days. No Facebook groups, no live Zoom sessions at inconvenient times of day, nobody watching you while you do it. This is just for you, to do at home, anytime you like.
Each mini-practice lasts 30 – 40 minutes, that you can easily fit into your day.
Try doing your yoga:
The theme of this 5-day series is Transformation through Nourishment.
I believe we are here on this planet for a very short time and we should have a good time. In the past I used to work very hard at health and self-improvement, believing that the harder I pushed the more successful I would be, and the better person I would become. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. By pushing harder I only succeeded in increasing tension in my body and mind, which had precisely the opposite effect to what I desired.
If you feel that you have been a bit hard on yourself recently, try these 5 days of nourishing, nurturing movement, breathwork, and other yoga goodies.
This is totally FREE! No catches. Please share with your friends, I want as many people as possible to feel the benefits of these lovely practices.
I hope you enjoy them!
