The Best Natural Alternative Treatment for Osteoporosis

Movement, Nutrition and Mindset for Your Optimum Bone Health

What is going on?

Are you approaching or going through menopause and starting to feel a little differently about your body?

Perhaps you feel like your muscles are weaker, you don’t have as much energy or your bones aren’t as strong as they used to be?

Maybe you’ve even had a diagnosis of osteoporosis and you are in shock: afraid about what this means and confused about what to do to support your body?

After taking care of yourself for all these years, it’s frustrating and disappointing to be told you have something wrong with you, and that you need to take medication.

You want a strong, healthy body, you want to carry on with all the activities you love, and you want to do all of this the pleasant, natural way!

I completely understand. That was my experience 4 years ago and that’s why I developed this course for women like you.

Yoga for Healthy Bones is a completely different approach to bone health, one that is:

Why Every Woman Should Take Care of Her Bones

Bone is at its strongest around age 30, and then begins to decline. When women reach menopause, bone mass declines extremely rapidly for the first 5 years, then gradually slows down.

66% Australians over 50 have osteoporosis or osteopenia. It’s one of my personal missions to create more awareness around this absolutely vital health issue that is so poorly acknowledged in our society. I help women to look after their bone health earlier, so that they have the freedom to do what they want for as long as they possibly can.

Having healthy bones is about more than just going to the gym. Let me help you understand this new, holistic approach to bone health that gets you feeling juicy and resilient through your 50s, 60s and beyond.

How does Yoga for Healthy Bones Work?

Yoga for Healthy Bones is structured as a 6-week course, so that you have time to take in new information and learn new strategies without overwhelm.

However, you can take as long as you like to do the course.

Your course includes:

What does Yoga for Healthy
Bones include?

You will have lifetime access to all the course materials so you can practice the classes, breathing practices and meditations as many times, for as long as you wish.

The course is delivered on our private course platform, where you will have your own individual account, and can access your materials whenever you like.

Although the course is intended to last 6 weeks, it is a self-paced course, so you can take as much time as you need to complete the course.

The 6 modules in Yoga for Healthy Bones are:

MODULE 1 - Enquire Within – A Gentle Approach to Bone Health

Gentle, mindful yoga to help you get to know your body and experience how you can affect your nervous system through mindful movement and breath. I’ll share with you my bone health story, plus some key information about osteoporosis.

MODULE 2 - Stability, Structure, Strength and Safety

How to practice yoga safely and effectively, no matter your level of expertise. You will learn about bone density scans so you can make an informed choice about whether to have one. You’ll also discover why yoga is so good for your bones and dip into some great research on yoga and bone health.

MODULE 3 - From Brittle and Fragile to Juicy and Resilient

Learn to see yourself as strong and healthy rather than fragile and broken! You’ll find out about fascia and why is it so important to bone health, plus some ancient wisdom from Ayurveda to bring you back to balance.

MODULE 4 - Not Falling But Balancing

Learn how to combine the skills you have learned so far with some new ones, to improve your ability to stay centred, balanced and focused. Information on the variety of treatment options if you have osteoporosis so you can make a more informed choice about what’s best for you.

MODULE 5 - Nutrition: Making Wise Choices About What we Take into our Body and Mind

This module dives into all things food-related: What does a diet for healthy bones look like? Where can you find all the nutrients you need? What about if you are a vegan or vegetarian? What are the best supplements for osteoporosis?

MODULE 6 - Bone Wisdom

Bringing together everything you have learned about bone health into one short yoga practice that you can easily fit into your life.

This unique, holistic approach to bone health combines yoga, qigong, nutrition, mindset, breathwork and energy practices to help you achieve your optimum bone health through your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.

"Your language is empowering and positive, your approach is thoughtful and your communication of concepts very clear."

I enjoyed the way the Yoga for Healthy Bones course was structured – it was holistic and covered a variety of ways to look after bone health. Your language is empowering and positive, your approach is thoughtful and your communication of concepts very clear. It was great that you highlighted a range of strategies we can implement to take care of our bone health. I wished I’d had access to your information earlier!

Peaceful Presence

"The course empowered me to speak more directly with my doctor."

I liked that you released each module on a weekly basis and this allowed time to really enjoy and absorb the practice presented each week. The course empowered me to speak more directly with my doctor. I have suggested to friends, especially those who really needed the benefit of guided practice.
