Yoga for Healthy Bones is delivered to you over 6 weeks, so that you have time to take in new information and learn new strategies without overwhelm.
Each week you will receive:

- Breathing practices an Meditations to soothe your nervous system and increase stress-resilience.
- Video lessons to explain some of the key issues in bone health
- Downloadable resources: cheat sheets, recipes, nutritional information and more.
The course is delivered on our private course platform, where you will have your own individual account, and can access your materials whenever you like.
Although the course is delivered over 6 weeks, it is a self-paced course, so you can take as much time as you need to complete the course.

Nutritionist and Yoga Therapist.
