Yoga for
Healthy Bones

Movement, Nutrition and Mindset
for Your Optimum Bone Health

What is happening to my body?

Around the time of menopause, or in the few years after, you might have noticed some changes in your body.

Maybe you feel like your muscles are weaker, you don’t have as much energy or your bones aren’t as strong as they used to be?

You might have had a bone scan, and your doctor has told you that you have osteopenia or osteoporosis. Understandably, you might be afraid about what this means for your lifestyle and health?

After taking care of yourself for all these years, it’s frustrating and disappointing to be told you have something wrong with you, and that you need to take medication.

You want a strong, healthy body, you want to carry on with all the activities you love, and you want to do all of this the pleasant, natural way!

I completely understand. That was my experience, and that’s why I developed this course for women like you.

Yoga for Healthy Bones is a completely different approach to bone health, one that is:

Why Every Woman Should
Take Care of Her Bones

Bone is at its strongest around age 30, and then begins to decline. When women reach menopause, bone mass declines extremely rapidly for the first 5 years, then gradually slows down.

Osteoporosis is increasingly becoming a global epidemic. More than 200 million people are suffering from osteoporosis.

People with osteoporosis are more likely to consider themselves in poor health, experience high levels of psychological distress and report moderate to severe pain regularly.

This is quite shocking considering osteoporosis is preventable and treatable.

It’s one of my personal missions to create more awareness around this absolutely vital health issue that is so poorly acknowledged in our society. I help women to look after their bone health earlier, so that they have the freedom to do what they want for as long as they possibly can.

Having healthy bones is about more than just going to the gym. Let me help you understand this new, holistic approach to bone health that gets you feeling juicy and resilient through your 50s, 60s and beyond.

How does Yoga for Healthy Bones Work?

Yoga for Healthy Bones is structured as a 6-week course, so that you have time to take in new information and learn new strategies without overwhelm.

However, you can take as long as you like to do the course.

Your course includes:

I enjoyed the way the Yoga for Healthy Bones course was structured – it was holistic and covered a variety of ways to look after bone health. Your language is empowering and positive, your approach is thoughtful and your communication of concepts very clear. It was great that you highlighted a range of strategies we can implement to take care of our bone health. I wished I’d had access to your information earlier!
