I work with a range of modalities, such as Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, Qigong and Chinese medicine to support you in your healing. 

 

‘Natural’ means real foods, nutritional supplements, mindful movement, breathing, meditation, sound and other holistic healing remedies.

 

Eating delicious, healthy foods that are right for your type; moving your body in ways that feel beneficial and joyful; taking the time to breathe, reflect, and listen within.
