One of the things that can happen when we have a health issue is that we can start to feel imperfect, inadequate, lacking or broken in some way. This can lead us to seek answers, cures and fixes for our imperfect bodies.
In my work with clients, I prefer to start from a recognition of wholeness. Healing is often more about undoing, letting go, uncovering and releasing than it is about answering, curing or fixing.
Natural healing means bringing the body back into balance so that you can feel the way you were always meant to. I work with a range of modalities, such as Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, Qigong and Chinese medicine to support you in your healing.
Eating delicious, healthy foods that are right for your type; moving your body in ways that feel beneficial and joyful; taking the time to breathe, reflect, and listen within. These are some of the ways that you can restore yourself and bring harmony to your entire body/mind/heart.
‘Natural’ means real foods, nutritional supplements, mindful movement, breathing, meditation, sound and other holistic healing remedies. I do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications, but I will work alongside your doctor to ensure that your natural healing supports any medication regime you are on.

I am not a registered provider with NDIS, however clients who are self-managed or plan-managed are most welcome. I am happy to discuss proposed therapy and anticipated costs with your plan manager.
Please book in for a free Let’s Talk session if you would like to discuss this further.
